Opening Day finds Marietta in her hometown of Richmond, the setting of Leaving 1203. She will speak at 12:45 in the Sisisky Room at the lovely Carol and Marcus Weinstein Jewish Community Center, greeting old friends and making new ones, welcoming questions and shared experiences. Gates open at noon! Parking is plentiful and the Sisisky Room is immediately off the easily-accessible front entrance. Her books will be available for purchase and signing, and she’ll arrive at noon and linger until closing time at 2:30. Come one, come all. Yes, you can go home again.
