Philosophy and Poetry for Little Big Minds at Piedmont Virginia Community College in the Jessup Library Window Lounge. Children, ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade, are invited to a discussion of gratitude and compassion, two invaluable concepts from Little Big Minds. Then the young philosophers will create poetry and art based on their new understanding. Marietta will be available before and after the event to sign books.
